Did final riveting and painting of the canopy cross tube.
Checked with Sonex regarding the fit of the A3236-6 countersunk washers used to attach the canopy. The countersink in the canopy can be just deep enough for a snug, flush, fit of the washer, or made slightly deeper which allows a little lateral movement of the washer. Sonex recommends "You can countersink the canopy more than the washer requires to be flush" to allow for expansion and contraction of the canopy.
